Savor the Season: Three Wineries, One Saturday, and a New Collectible Charm Experience!

November 7, 2026 | Noon–5 PM | Illinois Valley, Oregon

One Saturday. Three Wineries. One Savor Experience.

Fall is a beautiful time to explore the Illinois Valley, and this November, we’re inviting you to slow down, gather your friends, and discover the wines, flavors, and local creativity that make our little corner of Southern Oregon so special.

The Illinois Valley Wine Trail’s Savor the Season Wine Tour is now taking place on one special Saturday, November 7, bringing three participating wineries together for an afternoon of wine tastings, seasonal food pairings, holiday shopping, and a brand-new collectible charm experience.

And we’re keeping admission at just $25 per person!

Three Wineries, One Beautiful Afternoon

From noon to 5 PM, enjoy a self-guided journey through three Illinois Valley wineries:

  • Augustino Estate & Vineyard
  • Bridgeview Vineyards
  • Deer Creek Vineyards

There’s no assigned starting location and no required route. Begin at whichever winery you prefer, then explore the others at your own pace.

At each stop, you’ll enjoy wine tastings accompanied by seasonal food pairings, discover distinctive wines, and have opportunities to meet local makers and shop for holiday gifts.

Whether you’re discovering Illinois Valley wine country for the first time or returning to a favorite tasting room, Savor the Season offers a wonderful reason to spend an afternoon exploring.

NEW! Create a Keepsake Along the Wine Trail

This year, we’re adding something special!

We’re partnering with local maker Misty Maine to introduce a Collectible Charm Experience.

As you visit the three wineries, you’ll collect a different charm at each location and create a keepsake to remember your afternoon.

We’re finalizing the details of the charm designs, but the experience is intended to be both a fun activity and a little reminder of the places you’ve explored.

It’s another way we’re bringing local creativity into the wine trail experience.

Sip, Savor, and Shop Local

Savor the Season is about more than wine tasting. It’s also an opportunity to discover the people and businesses that make the Illinois Valley special.

Enjoy seasonal food pairings alongside your wine tastings, browse locally made gifts, and explore wines for holiday entertaining and gifting.

Looking for something to bring to Thanksgiving dinner? A bottle for a friend? Or simply a new favorite wine for yourself?

You’ll find plenty of inspiration along the trail.

Purchases from wineries and participating makers are separate from event admission.

A Little Something to Take Home

Guests will also receive a commemorative etched Illinois Valley Wine Trail stemless wine glass, while supplies last.

Between your glass and your collectible charms, you’ll have a few special reminders of your afternoon in Illinois Valley wine country.
